The Century Co., 1908; same date on title and copyright, no additional printings indicated; x, 272pp., including all 60 illustrated plates, 19 of which are paintings by Jules Guerin, with printed tissue protectors; orange cloth boards decorated in gilt, turquoise and red on front and spine. Webbing shows through at front and rear hinges, binding otherwise remains sturdy and strong; text, illustrated plates very good, tissue protectors shows some foxing; moderate amount of edgewear, light dust staining to cloth; decoration on front board shows some very minor rubbing but on the whole remains bright and bold, title/decoration on spine is dulled and lightly rubbed; gilt top edge of page block remains bright.
